The annual Gasser Reunion, a national event, is held at our own Thompson Drag Raceway, "The Grand Daddy of Drag Strips."  The Webmaster is pleased to take you there for a nostalgic trip.  For many of you, however, this may be a new experience.  It's never too late to enjoy one of our generation's great sports events, a day at the drags.  The Gasser Nationals allows no car beyond the 1966 model year.  The reason for that is, hey .... those were the glory years of gasser racing!  It's our generation, man!

Now, the Webmaster is no expert, just a huge fan.  One of the officials handling the event is Larry Weisenberg, who himself races at Thompson.  Bill Nicholl is readying a vehicle to get back on the track at Thompson.  In the meantime, sit back and enjoy these clips shot Sunday, June 8, 2003 at the Gasser Reunion Nationals!

These video clips are all about 1MB in size and are in .wmv format, which is Windows Media Video format.

If you have a problem opening or running the videos, it's probably because you don't have the latest Windows Media Player (version 9).  Click on the logo to go to the free download page for Windows Media Player.  If you already have Media Player 9 or download and install it and then still have trouble with the videos, please let the webmaster know.  Thanks.
